Days 1-2

Buenos Aires (D - Day 2)

You will be met on arrival and driven to your hotel for the first few days of your holiday. Day 2 includes a city tour of Buenos Aires where you can enjoy some of the sites that the city has to offer.

Day 3

Salta and Pumamarca (B,L)

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Salta. Upon arrival you will be met and taken for a short visit to the city of Salta which includes a visit to the MAAM Museum. The Tour will then continue onto Pumamarca.

Day 4

Uqula and Humahuaca (B,L)

Visit to Uqula, where you will enjoy the Church of San Francisco de Paula and then the Las Senoritas Gorge. Following Lunch, the tour will continue to Humahuaca where you will have a brief tour of the city before returning to Purmamarca.

Day 5

Tolar Grande (B,L,D)

Morning departure towards Salinas Grandes where you will travel across the Puna beofre lunch in San Antonio de los Cobres. Afternoon departure to Tolar Grane where you will have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 6

Cono de Arita (B,L,D)

Morning visit to 'La Casualidad Camp, where you will have free time to explore this true 'Ghost Town'. The tour will then visit the Cono de Arita - located in the largest salt flat in Argentina.

Day 7

Travelling to Antofagasta de la Sierra (B,L,D)

Travel through the Puna, the Antofalla Salt and the Calaste Gorge. At Sunset you will arrive in Antofagasta de la Sierra.

Day 8

Galan Volcano (B,L,D)

Head towards the Galan Volcano, which has the largest crater on the planet. Here you can observe the Dead Man Salt Pit (Salar del Hombre Muerto) and the vestiges of the Incahuasi Mine. Return to Antofagasta.

Day 9

Head towards Cafayate (B,L)

Early morning departure to Cafayate with a stop off on the way to visit the Purnice field - one of the Catamarca's Puna jewels.

Day 10

Cafayate to Salta (B)

Morning visit to the city of Cafayate, before travelling through the Cafayate Gorge to return to Salta. Overnight in Salta.

Day 11

Depart Salta (B)

Transfer from your hotel to the airport to board your scheduled flight home.
